San Francisco Kendo Dojo invites you to challenge yourself practicing the art of Kendo. In Japanese, Kendo means 'the way of the sword.' It refers to the art of traditional Japanese fencing that was originally developed and practiced by Bushi or Samurai. (Kendo is not a program of the JCCCNC but is coordinated by the S.F. Kendo Dojo who uses our facility weekly)

Designed for seniors who want to build physical strength and improve body balance and muscle flexibility. We are now offering this weekly class online on Zoom during the COVID-19 closure. Participants are advised to sit in a chair, wear comfortable, loose clothes and have a water bottle close by. Registration will close 24 hours in advance of each session. Participants will receive Zoom login information via e-mail upon registering in advance.
Yoga Prema

To tone up your body, heal an injury, lose weight, be more flexible or even just chill out... whatever your purpose to start yoga is, once you start and continue practicing your body condition will improve, you'll feel more energized and your mind becomes clearer.
