The JCCCNC, in collaboration with chef Clint Tam of Noodle in a Haystack, presents a very special pop-up restaurant ramen brunch experience! Pop-up restaurants have gained popularity in recent years in metropolitan foodie scenes where independent chefs can bring to life imaginative menus for one-of-a-kind dining experiences. Noodle in a Haystack is a ramen pop-up conceived by native San Franciscan Clint Tam, who relocated back home with his wife Yoko after spending seven inspiring years in Tokyo. Completely self-taught, and after over a year of trial and experimentation, they were able to develop original recipes inspired by all of the delicate and refined flavors they love and longed for most, but were unable to find outside of Japan. Their pursuit is to simply bring the highest level of modern Japanese Ramen to the Bay Area without compromise; painstakingly crafted in small batches with love.

Noodle in a Haystack will be offering two limited seatings of a special multi-course brunch menu including appetizers, tsukemono, as well as two modern styles of ramen, a soup-based ramen as well as a dry ramen dish.
