In place for our usual quarterly Community Kitchen nights, during the Center’s COVID-19 closure, our Community Kitchen committee is holding monthly virtual potlucks so we can share the joy of cooking Japanese and Japanese American family recipes with everyone! Eggs are a common ingredient found in cuisines all around the world, with Japanese food being no egg-ception. From traditional egg dishes like tamagoyaki, oyakodon, or simple tamago kake gohan (TKG!), there are plenty of Japanese egg dishes to enjoy making and eating! Prepare your dish in advance to share over your webcam with us on Zoom!
