The Japanese Cultural and Community Center of Northern California (JCCCNC) is pleased to announce our 2017 Annual Sweepstakes! We are thankful for supporters like you and are hoping that you will consider participating in JCCCNC’s premiere sweepstakes opportunity.

The grand prize winner will have the first choice of one of three amazing prizes, the second place winner will have the choice between the two remaining prizes, and the third place winner will win the remaining prize.  Our prizes are:


Two round trip economy tickets to Japan plus 3-night hotel accommodations

Enjoy a weekend at a San Francisco luxury hotel!

To enter, please fill out and return this form and payment for $100 for nine tickets, $50 for three tickets, or $20 for one ticket.  You may purchase tickets in person, by phone, by fax or by mail.  Internet and email entries will not be accepted.  However, raffle reservations may be made on our website by the purchaser and the order processed by JCCCNC staff member at our office.  Your tickets will automatically be entered into the drawing and you will receive an acknowledgement of your purchase along with ticket stub(s). You need not be present to win.  

The drawing will be held on Saturday, September 16 at the JCCCNC’s annual event, Tabemasho 2017: Celebrating the Taste of Osaka.  Proceeds will help support the JCCCNC’s over 80 on-going classes, programs, and special events featuring an array of cultural arts, social, recreational, and educational classes for all ages and backgrounds.
