Cultural Heritage Fund

The JCCCNC has established the Cultural Heritage Fund which will act as an endowment for the future needs of the organization. The JCCCNC has been a model self-sufficient non-profit organization since its inception with very little funding coming from community foundations and government tax-dollars programs that normally do not fund programs and services that are in line with our mission and needs of serving the Japanese American community.

The long-term vision of the JCCCNC was never to just raise enough money to build it but also to maintain it and to ensure that the Center would be here for future generations to come. The goal of the Cultural Heritage Fund is to fulfill that promise so that our Japanese and Japanese American cultural heritage will continue to strive well into the 21st century.

The JCCCNC Cultural Heritage Fund is a professionally managed fund by the Marin Community Foundation which manages over $1.6 billion in total assets.

Help us to invest in a long-term financial plan that can ensure our future for generations to come. For more information, please contact Teresa Ono at (415) 567-5505 x232 or tono@jcccnc.org.
