AARP Safe Senior Driving Certification Workshop
Wednesday AND Friday, July 11 and 13, 2012, 1:00 - 5:00 p.m.
AARP's 8-hour course for drivers age 50+ has been updated. New information and lively illustrations help you learn how to improve driving skills, reduce your traffic violations, crashes, and chances for injuries and to drive more safely.
Graduates may be able to qualify for a discount on auto insurance. (*Please check with your insurance agent before taking the class.)

Fees: $12 for JCCCNC/AARP members / $14 non-members
SPECIAL RATE for EDUCATORS!
AARP would like to recognize educators (retired and current) by offering a special rate of $5

Monday, July 16, 2012, 11:00 a.m. shotgun start
This year, the Nikkei Open Golf Tournament will make its way to beautiful Green Hill Country Club - an exquisite Alister Mackenzie designed course. GHCC provides both challenging yet exciting play as the undulating fairways and slick greens will have you screaming "uncle!" but also crying out for more. So join us on Monday, July 16th for another fun outing with friends, co-workers and the JCCCNC to help support the development and management of the over 100 ongoing JCCCNC cultural and educational programs, classes and events.
Players will be playing shamble scoring format*. Limited to the first 144 entries.
*All players of a foursome tee off and the best ball is selected. All players then move their balls to the spot of the best ball. From this point, the hole is played out as individual stroke play with each member holing out their own ball.
Location:Green Hills Country Club, 500 Luderman Lane, Millbrae, California
Fees: $250.00 entry fee per player, $50 (dinner only)
