Whether steamed or fried, Asian dumplings never fail to delight and satisfy! Join food writer Sonoko Sakai as she teaches how to make a variety of Chinese and Japanese dumplings. Sonoko will show you how to use prepared wrappers as well as how to make homemade wrappers from scratch. Be sure to bring a container to take home extra dumplings!
