Taste 4 different styles of ramen from various regions of Japan and make your favorite one! Learn professional techniques to make your own gourmet ramen at home!

Learn directly from expert ramen maker Mari Takahashi how to make your own gourmet ramen! Workshop includes a tasting of 4 different styles of ramen, after which participants prepare a sumptuous ramen meal in the style of their choosing. The 3 hour workshop will also cover proper noodle and soup stock preparation as well as toppings.

She went on to open San Francisco’s first izakaya, the award-winning Sozai Restaurant and Sake Lounge, as well as Nombe in San Francisco’s Mission District.
