Bus transportation is available from San Francisco Japantown to San Jose for only $19.00 (round-trip, matinee only), but you must call the JCCCNC to reserve your seat.

Kaiseki Workshop
Saturday, October 25
1:00-3:30 pm
Kaiseki cuisine uses fresh seasonal ingredients, simple seasonings and cooking techniques to create dishes that are beautiful to look at, tasty, and in harmony with the season.
This Zen vegetarian class will feature kaiseki style miso soup with kiritampodango.
The mukozuke (first course) will be shiraae, seasonal greens with a thick creamy sesame tofu dressing. The nimono wan (main course) will be sesame tofu with grilled autumn peppers. The class will be mostly demonstration and participants will be able to sample the dishes that are prepared.

Halloween Carnival
