The mukozuke (first course) will be shiraae, seasonal greens with a thick creamy sesame tofu dressing. The nimono wan (main course) will be sesame tofu with grilled autumn peppers. The class will be
mostly demonstration and participants will be able to sample the dishes that are prepared.
